RSA 2 USA is a subscription service billed at R44 per month, charged as a recurring debit through PayFast, our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. The price in effect when you subscribe applies for the life of your subscription token; any future price change would require your explicit re-authorisation.
You may cancel at any time from your account page — one click, no questions asked. Cancellation stops all future debits immediately and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No pro-rata refunds are given for partial months.
If a monthly debit fails, your access continues during a 7-day grace period while PayFast retries the payment. After 3 failed attempts your subscription is cancelled automatically and no further debits are attempted. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Your checklist progress and account details are stored securely and are never sold. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, your data is retained so you can pick up where you left off if you return. You may request permanent deletion of your account and data by emailing contact@rsa2usa.com. We do not store your card details — payment information is handled entirely by PayFast.
